The good weather is back, and even if the holidays in February have just ended, we haven’t moved much, in fact, I hardly took a break because we usually go away for a few days in April/May when the sun is even more beautiful. In fact, in recent years we have been able to enjoy it (well, when we have gone) by always being lucky at that time. Especially since last summer, following the death of my grandmother, we had to come back from the south barely 2 days after summer arrived. In short, we want to move, we want to do something else, see the country, go away, and catch up on this “real vacation” delay.
Top 5 countries to discover
But it’s more of a wish list of the moment or highlighted by tourist offers. Like everywhere there are sometimes fashions, you have to know how to take advantage of them to save money and why not go away for longer for the same budget?
Israel
In terms of a change of scenery, it is a good destination. Moreover, for several years now, tourism has been an economic powerhouse in the country. Traveling to Israel means discovering several countries in one with striking contrasts between the old and the modern, the seas and the desert, the mountains and the plains, etc. Flights Israel National and international trains will allow you to visit the country from one end to the other.
Destinations to see: Haifa and the North coast, Jerusalem, the West Bank and the Dead Sea, the Galilee and the Golan, and finally the desert Negev. Ideal to take stock of your life in these empty and quiet expanses. In addition, it has many archaeological sites, so for enthusiasts.
Rwanda
Another faraway destination, the country is in full economic boom. The big cities welcome an Africa 2.0 with many start-ups and big companies that bet on the development of the country. But besides this breeding ground for new technologies, it is also (and above all?) the nature of the country that should not be missed. And without a doubt the observation of the gorillas in the Virunga Park, in a majestic setting at the foot of volcanoes where the mist drowns the peaks like in the movies, or almost.
Switzerland
Closer to home, it is an interesting country all year round. Indeed, if winter and its snow-capped mountains attract people, Switzerland in the summer is a tourist novelty. Enjoy hiking in the mountain pastures with your family, discovering landscapes worthy of Sissi or Heidi films, without forgetting the shimmering blue lakes that will delight nature lovers. Not to mention the country’s renowned and often organic gastronomy. Switzerland is about taking time to live and recharge your batteries.
Belarus
Eastern countries are attracting more and more tourism with attractive prices and tempting destinations. Belarus becomes trendy. In constant development, it becomes a stronghold of tourism that still has a soul. Far from the complexes and ultra-typical destinations, Belarus offers a mixture of tradition, nature and elegance that is not found everywhere. Discover Minsk, the flagship city to discover, as trendy as it is traditionalist. And the trip to this country is all the easier following the simplification of obtaining visas.
Indonesia
Although this destination is already part of the traditional brochures and catalogs of travel agencies, its diversity and its countless number of islands offer an undeniable mix of cultures, religions, translations, and cuisines. Large investments in recent years have allowed tourism to expand peacefully in Indonesia, even in the most remote places still untouched by mass tourism.
